Diversity Data Summary – 2025
The firm carried out a voluntary diversity survey in 2025.
As the firm has a very small number of employees, ICAEW guidance on confidentiality and data protection has been followed when preparing this summary.
Publishing detailed information in some areas could risk identifying individual members of staff. Therefore, certain questions and categories have been omitted or reported only at a high level.
The survey results show that the firm has a balanced gender profile and a diverse ethnic background within the team.
The age profile of the workforce is concentrated within the 35–44 age group.
The survey also identified that employees have a range of personal circumstances and caring responsibilities, including responsibilities for children and other family members.
Flexible working and home working arrangements have been important in supporting employees, including those returning from maternity or paternity leave.
The firm remains committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and to maintaining a workplace where all employees are treated fairly and with respect.
